adNET Welcomes Client Success Manager, Crystal Oblifias, to the Team

Elgin, Illinois – adNET Technology Management is excited to announce two key personnel changes at the company. First, Kallie Johnson has been promoted to Director of Business Development, and secondly, Kallie’s previous role of Client Success Manager has been fulfilled by a new addition to the team, Crystal Oblifias.

Crystal is certified in Health Information Technology from Harper College in Palatine, IL. She is a highly ambitious, self-driven individual with many years of diverse hospitality, healthcare and customer service experience. “Crystal’s experience in healthcare IT will be an amazing asset for our clients,” says Ryan Howarter, CEO of adNET Technology Management.

These changes reflect adNET Technology Management’s commitment to providing exceptional value for its clients as it allows more resources to be dedicated towards addressing their needs and understanding their goals. “Previously, I had been undertaking the responsibilities of both roles,” says Kallie Johnson. “But now with the addition of Crystal as Client Success Manager, we’ll have more time dedicated to our clients and more resources focused at understanding where they need their technology to take them.”

The Client Success Manager position was created to bridge the gap between the needs of clients and adNET’s team of IT professionals. “Most of our clients don’t care to know about all the tech jargon. They just want their technology problems to be solved in an efficient and effective manner. They need someone who understands both sides. That’s where the Client Success Manager role comes into play,” says Ryan Howarter.
